Review your own video like a speaking coach

Replace vague self-criticism with one repeatable review: message, delivery, technical quality and one next action.

“I look awkward” is not feedback because it gives you nothing to practice. A useful review separates what the viewer receives from how you feel while watching yourself.

01

Watch once without sound

Check eye contact, posture, gestures and visual distractions. Ask whether the body supports the message or looks disconnected from it.

02

Listen once without the picture

Notice clarity, pace, pauses, filler words and changes in energy. Mark one moment where attention drops and identify the specific reason.

03

Choose one improvement for the next take

Do not try to fix posture, voice, script and lighting at once. Pick the change with the largest effect and turn it into a measurable instruction for the next recording.
