Choose the channel that matches the issue. Never send passwords, Telegram login codes, bank-card data, bot tokens, or secret keys.
General support
Use /support in the main Prompta.cam bot or email support@promtcam.com for questions about the Mini App, recording, AI Coach, Managed Bots, or access.
Payments and refunds
Use /paysupport in the main bot for an accidental Telegram Stars payment, missing paid access, subscription renewal, or a refund request. Include the approximate payment date and product name. Do not send financial credentials.
Privacy
For a copy, correction, deletion, or anonymization request relating to Prompta.cam data, use the deletion area in the Mini App Privacy Policy, the public Delete account page, or email support@promtcam.com.
Managed Bots
The user remains the owner of their Managed Bot in Telegram. If Prompta.cam access is disabled, AI functions may stop while the bot remains in the user’s Telegram account.
