Prompta.cam is a tool for preparing scripts, using a teleprompter, recording video, receiving AI guidance, and accessing additional AI products, including user-owned Managed Bots. Before purchasing digital features with Telegram Stars, the user separately confirms acceptance of these Terms. The Privacy Policy separately explains how data is processed.
1. Service and AI
AI features may suggest wording and provide guidance about framing, scripts, delivery, and content. These are recommendations and may be inaccurate. The user is responsible for checking facts, rights to content, and the suitability of any result before publishing or otherwise using it.
2. Telegram Stars and digital purchases
Digital features inside Telegram are paid for only with Telegram Stars (XTR). AI tokens are used only within Prompta.cam, are not money, cannot be transferred between users, and have no independent monetary value.
Prompta.cam Pro removes the watermark from new recordings during the paid access period. A file recorded before the purchase is not automatically rebuilt after Pro is purchased.
3. Managed Bots and Personal AI Coach
Some Prompta.cam products may allow a user to create their own Telegram Managed Bot, such as Personal AI Coach. The bot is created through Telegram and belongs to the user. Prompta.cam acts as the manager bot and may receive or reissue the technical bot token through Telegram, configure the webhook, commands, AI logic, and access restrictions required to provide the paid service.
By default, Prompta.cam may restrict access to the bot to its owner. The user keeps ownership of the bot in Telegram and may view or manage it through available Telegram or BotFather tools. Disabling a Prompta.cam product does not transfer ownership of the user’s bot to Prompta.cam.
AI Coach depends on active paid access, the monthly AI limit, and the availability of Telegram and the AI provider. When access ends, the bot may remain owned by the user, while Prompta.cam AI features may be paused until renewal.
4. Subscriptions
Some plans and Managed Bot products may be offered as Telegram Stars subscriptions that renew automatically every 30 days. One-time products do not renew automatically. Information about renewal is shown before purchase.
Automatic renewal can be stopped or enabled again in the relevant Mini App section. Stopping renewal applies only to future renewals; access that has already been paid for remains active until the end of the current period.
5. Refunds and payment problems
For an accidental payment, missing access, or a refund request, use /paysupport in the main Prompta.cam bot or email support@promtcam.com. Each request is reviewed using the Telegram payment record. Do not send bank details, passwords, bot tokens, or Telegram codes.
Telegram Support is not responsible for resolving disputes about purchases made from Prompta.cam; Prompta.cam provides support for those purchases.
6. User content
The user keeps the rights to their scripts, videos, and other content and is responsible for the legality of materials, music, images, trademarks, personal data, and other elements they use or publish.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Telegram, the device camera, the Managed Bot API, third-party AI providers, or network access. In the event of a failure, the paid service and payment records are checked against server data and the Telegram payment charge ID.
8. Changes to these Terms
When these Terms change materially, the consent version is updated and Prompta.cam may ask the user to accept the new version before the next purchase.
9. Support
Use /support or /paysupport in the main Prompta.cam bot, or email support@promtcam.com. These channels create a support request.
