A deletion request can be started inside the Prompta.cam Mini App or by contacting support. This request concerns data controlled by Prompta.cam; it does not delete the user’s Telegram account.
Delete from the Mini App
- Open the Prompta.cam Mini App.
- Open the Privacy Policy.
- Scroll to the deletion area at the bottom.
- Submit a request to delete or anonymize Prompta.cam data.
Request by email
If the Mini App is unavailable, email support@promtcam.com from an address you can access. Include the Telegram username or Telegram ID associated with Prompta.cam and state whether you request account deletion, data deletion, or anonymization. Do not include Telegram login codes, passwords, bot tokens, or bank details.
What the request covers
Prompta.cam may delete or anonymize its own account, conversation context, training history, saved library content, program configuration, and webhook configuration within technical limits. The exact result depends on which products were used.
Data that may be retained
Minimum payment, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, and accounting records may be retained where required. A deletion request does not automatically delete the Telegram account, Telegram messages, or a Managed Bot that the user owns in Telegram.
Verification
Prompta.cam may request reasonable verification that the requester controls the relevant Telegram account before acting on the request.
